Accident or sickness?

Ok on tuesday i got in a pretty bad accident (read below for accident info)...luckly i was able to walk away...but the airbags deployed so im not sure what all i sucked in...
Now i was also somewhat sick at the time...a cold that had been brewing for a few days i think....
So today im pretty much unable to breath...wondering if its posible that i sucked in something from the airbag that would cause this or is it just my cold acting up?

I got hit by a dude in a truck going like 50 something (didn't see me and he didnt even attempt to brake) and he totaled my front and back end (hit front first and so hard that it spun around and totaled the back as well)...luckly airbags deplyed and kept me from hitting head on anything...but i get the ticket for failure to yield :-/ oh well just glad to have no back/neck/head injuries just burns, scrapes and brusies

sickness cuz i would suspect if anything was in the airbag it still might need more time to incubate in your system

OR

the extra germs could have helped weaken your immune system to allow for more pronounced symptoms

 

I don't think anything from the airbag will make you sick.

Stress probably just lowered the effectiveness of your immune system.

if you are having difficulty of breathing or SOB after a traumatic event you may need to see a doctor.

you could have a Pneumothorax that may get bigger overtime.

Then agin you may just have a cold or SARS.

Seriously if ou continue to have progressive shortness of breath (not associated with the common cold) have your self checked out.
Auto insurance should cover it.

ouch, that sucks man... you are probably just sick cause you are stressed about this... that can easily happen. best of luck with everything!
