Accessing Cell Phone, Phone Lists.

i just got a motorola C343, nice little phone to replace my T720 (MAJOR POS). anyway, so i used my USB cable to download all my phone numbers, now it won't let me upload them to my motorola c343 with my old software. does anyone know an easy way to do this??

weird thing is, with the old motorola drivers, it dials up my new phone.
