AccessCheap ISP alive?

I've been using AccessCheap.net since December and its been pretty good. Since March 1st, I've not been able to logon. I get the error:

Invalid username or password.

I know both are correct. Have been trying to get tech support from them since saturday with no results so far (they advertize that they will respond with 24 hours). Anyone else use AccessCheap or know of a way to get in touch with them?
