We?re writing with some important news. On May 20, 2005, Access4Less.net will
discontinue
offering dial-up Internet access. In order to keep you connected, we?ve made a special
arrangement with EarthLink, the nation?s next generation Internet Service Provider
(ISP).
Please read below for important information about this service change.
***************************************************
EARTHLINK UNLIMITED DIAL-UP ACCESS
***************************************************
For only $9.95 per month*, you?ll receive:
* Unlimited Internet access
* spamBlocker ? blocks virtually 100% of junk email
* Pop-Up Blocker ? blocks almost all pop-ups
* Spyware Blocker ? protects your computer and privacy online
* Eight email addresses, each with 100MB of mail space and 10MB of Web space
* Thousands of access numbers for fast, reliable connections nationwide
* Award-winning 24/7 customer support (Free Telephone Support included)
* Customizable Personal Start Page
* Parental Controls
In addition, we?ve arranged for you to retain your current Access4Less.net email
addresses with
EarthLink?s service. Your email addresses will remain the same but the way you log into
the Internet may change. EarthLink will notify you of any changes that you may need
to make
closer to the time of the transition.
***********************
WHAT TO EXPECT
***********************
Access4Less.net and EarthLink will keep you informed to ensure that your transition
goes as smoothly
as possible. EarthLink will either send you its TotalAccess 2005 software via postal
mail or will
also make it available for online download. Downloading or installing TotalAccess
2005 will make
it easier for you to utilize all of EarthLink?s valuable tools.
Please note: Some of your current settings may need to change when running
TotalAccess. EarthLink
will notify you of these changes, where applicable.
*****************************
BILLING INFORMATION
*****************************
If you have prepaid for your dial-up access, EarthLink will continue to provide
service through the
end of your prepaid term at no additional cost. Upon expiration of your prepaid
term, EarthLink will
automatically renew your prepaid service for a one year term at the rate of $119.40
per year ? a savings
of $120.00 per year when compared to EarthLink?s standard monthly rate. If you do
not want
EarthLink to automatically renew your service for one year upon expiration of your
current prepaid
term, please notify EarthLink at that time.
*For all EarthLink dial-up plans, taxes and applicable fees may apply.
