I have a hard drive adapter so I can connect hard drives to my pc via USB. A friends is having issues getting into windows. It is XP and coming up with the blue screen. Will not go into Safe Mode either. So I take the HD out of the pc and connect it to mine so I can explore it and copy files from it to my pc before I put the HD back in the pc and reload it. When I go to documents and settings and try to open the Owners folder, it is giving me an access denied message. How can I get around this to back up her files first?
