Access 97 win xp/win 2000 problem...

i have a user that gets the errors:

Run Time Error '3075'
and
"There was an error executing the command."

when trying to approve requests/run reports in Access 97 run in Windows XP.

from everything i've read... the 3075 error should be an error in the database/script.

BUT... he doesn't get either of these errors when he runs them on a Windows 2000 machine.

we've tried reinstalling access 97. but that didn't work. our current solution is to simply reimage another machine for him with win 2000.

i'd like to figure out what's causing this problem, as the user seems to truly appreciate having windows xp over 2000.

any ideas?
