Acceptable wireless N routers on a budget? Which?

Are any of these wireless N routers acceptable? (For a desk- top use w/ 3 or 4 PC's)
The D-Link Wireless N Router (DIR-615) @OM & CC $39.99;

Belkin N Wireless Router Model #: BLK F5D82364 @ Best Buy $59.99 .

Or D-Link DIR-628 @ Best Buy $69.99.

I'd like a router that I can game with inside a small single story home . Max distance needed prolly 30'. Prefer decent security.

Do I have to use the same brand adapter as the router? Are the USB adapters as reliable as the PCI?

Which router is better performance wise, ( reliability w/o rebooting over and over) & speed? Also on a budget.

I'm a noob to wireless, and don't want to get burned. I appreciate the heads up and steering me in the right direction. Thanks in advance.😕
update: just found this and it included this router list of recommendations. Very cool . Thanks you guys are the greatest. If any have these routers, do you like the way they perform? Or is it reboot city?
On the high end routers, the USB port can be used for a networked hard drive, or a print server, correct? Nice features to have. hmmmm.... Tia to all.

Just a recommendation but if you want reliability, steer away from the Pre-N stuff until it's certified (hopefully in 2009, possibly 2010 though) and go with either a WRT54GL or an Asus WL-520GU and flash it with DDWRT. In terms of reliability for cheap, it's the best way to go IMO. Dlink used to have good products but lately they seem to be going the same way as everyone else and even their stuff reboots all the time. Belkin, well, I wouldn't touch it with a 10' stick. Also if you want some reviews of wireless products, check here: http://www.smallnetbuilder.com...nt/blogcategory/75/96/ The only problem with that is some of the products that have tendencies to reboot, I don't see that issue mentioned in any of their reviews so I don't know if they test these units long term or not.

kevnich2, Thanks for the advice, and the great link. That's some good info, thank you. I'm reading till I drop. I'm off next week and want to resolve my network issues. This is a very cool link, you provide. I'll have to check the ads Sunday and the Hot Deal Forums to save some green.😀

I only recommend products that I can personally vouch for and in the last few years, I got tired of messing with routers that after a few days would start having random issues and just stuck with routers that were DDWRT compatible (about 3 or 4 dozen over the last 2 years) and I've had zero problems with literally any of them, most have been on for months without any issues. That to me pretty much says it all.
