Acceptable values for +5v rail?

My 400w PSU I ordered came in DOA, so I'm stuck using my old AOpen 300w for a few weeks.... I'm probably pushing my luck with it, but I'm wondering how low it is safe/smart to let my +5v rail go.

Its an Athlon XP 1700+ system, 256DDR/gf2/sblive/3com nic/2940UW -- nothing unusual.
I have a decent amount of drives (2 HDD, 3 CDROM) and will be adding another 10k HDD tomorrow, but all of those devices use the +12v rail right?

anyway, im getting +12.04 and +4.89, how bad?
