So, I was watching the History Channel earlier today, and there was a segment of the program where the CEO Victorinox (sic), the guys who make Swiss Army knives, was being interviewed. It occurred to me... he sounded like he was retarded. Most people that I have seen from around there sound somewhat like that, too. Now, I'm not saying they ARE, I think its just the cadence and emphasis patterns from their primary language leaking into English is what causes it, but has anyone else ever noticed this?
