That is only in Boston area, and eastern part of the state/ maybe some parts od RI and NH. For Western MA and much of CT and VT, we do pronounce the "Rs".

I pronunciate all the letters in a word (no cutting of words) and use the correct grammar in a british accect. Some people think I talk a little posh.

Some peeps think I have the steroetypical, good upbringing, middle-class English accent - I would tend to disagree since I was born in the South West of England with a Bristolian Twang.

I have fought for many years to try and become accent-less (I konw it's never going to happen)
