I have one on on my 1900XT which is a notorious furnace of a video card, completely silent in my Antec P182b case even under load - though I've got all of the optional 120mm fan slots going with low RPM units which helps move a lot of air through.

I do for my x1950pro [including the x1950pro spacer adapter] - but never used because it won't fit due to layout of the circuit board of the MSI x1950pro [mine's for sale for $15.00 + shipping] 🙂

 
Dunno if I really need one that bad, I used ATT to lower rpm's when I'm not using my x1950xt for any gaming, but if the price goes down to around 15$ shipped i'll think about it, lol
