It is time to complain about AC useage in puplic buildings.

I don't understand this.
I summertime (+100F outside) the AC is set to 60F so I freeze to death.
When cooler weather comes the AC is suddenly set to 85F.
What is wrong with an even 75F all year?

OK, I live in AZ so it doesn't get really cold but anyway.
