AC: Black Flag. What else can I tweak?

I just got AC: Black Flag on sale and I'm trying to tweak it.

From what I've read there isn't much else I can do besides run Triple Frame Buffering to smooth out gameplay. I'm using Radeon Pro with Dynamic V-Sync to accomplish this.

All the tweaks I've read are either from the games release period of Holiday 2013 or just basic settings tweaks. Game runs between 39-60 FPS. Usually in the low 50's. It never goes above 60fps no matter what I do. I'm guessing that's a hard cap. Is there anything else I can do to improve the framerate?

These are my settings:
Ambient Occlusion : SSAO
Antialiasing : SMAA
Environment : Very High
God Rays : Low
Reflection : High
Resolution : 1920 x 1080
Shadow Quality : Normal
Texture Quality : High
Volumetric Fog : On

Specs are in sig. I have Xfire enabled.

Thanks!

I would just play @ 30 fps if you are getting that many framerate fluctuations

Keep in mind console versions of these games run between 20-30fps

So the gameplay is designed with low framerates in mind

you can enable 30 fps vsync in radeonpro, its called Double V-Sync I believe

other than that, if you want locked 60, you know what you need to do (lower more settings, possibly switch to 720p)
