Steak and Shake shakes can't be good for you... They load that thing with so much cream.

Anything containing partially hydrogenated fats. Man, that stuff isn't even food! Nasty nasty stuff...might as well eat styrofoam (it's about as healthy). Unfortunately a lot of prepackaged sweets are loaded with the stuff.

The worst food for you is whatever you eat too much of. No food is bad if eaten in moderation and the proper balance.

Some people have predisposed conditions, such as a family history of heart disease. These people have foods they must avoid if they want to remain healthy. But no food is inherently "evil."

I went to a BenniHana restaurant one time. The food wasn't bad. 3 Hours later I felt like I wanted to vomit, and it lasted for a couple of days. It wasn't food poisoning, but the sheer thought of taste of the food made my stomach churn.

UGGGHHH It's hard to type about it and not feel sick.

chorizo con queso; there is a special name for it, but I forget what it is. Basically, it's chorizo (sausage) in a bowl with melted monterey, cheddar, mozzorella and colby cheese over it. Instant heart attack, but oh so good...

Also, those Hungry Man dinners. Just looking at the nutrition facts makes my arteries hurt.

Or, what I had for breakfast today. :) Eggs, cheese, hash browns, sausage, more cheese, all scrambled together.

That's interesting. If you were able to determine what initially actually caused the nausea, it's likely you'd be able to remedy yourself of the aversion....

See here
Stimuli and responses in taste aversion learning
1. Unconditioned stimulus: Nausea is particularly strong component in taste aversion learning. Humans report that foods which cause nausea quickly lose pleasant flavor ('hedonic shift'). Foods which cause allergic reactions without nausea do not lose pleasant taste. However, taste aversions can develop without association with nausea.
2. Conditioned stimulus: Taste-odor potentiation: Taste is usually much more potent as a CS than is odor. However, if they are combined, then odor can also become important in aversion learning. New foods are much more potent as CS than are familiar foods
3. Conditioned response: "Pretreatment nausea and vomiting" - human cancer patients may have nausea and vomiting before session of radiation or chemical treatment; a beverage previously associated with chemotherapy may trigger nausea.

It's not THE worst, but the Velveeta+macaroni 'n' cheese + Hormel canned chili is a deadly combination.

oddly good tasting though, if you feel like clogging and artery or 5.

7-Layer Burrito from Taco Bell.

According to their nutritional facts, the grilled stuft burrito is much worse.

Worse is a relative term. I consider the 7-Layer burrito about as bad as it gets, as it has a 100% success rate at giving me a case of butt soup.

Recognize that smell? Smells like seven layers, that beaver eats taco bell. :p

For me it's beef jerky -- if I have a bag, I pretty much can't stop until it's gone and afterwards, I have your usual Atkins Diet initiation symptoms, heh. :(
