Absolute Reference Help In Excel

I'm on a PC at work and I want to make an absolute reference in Excel without having to manually type in the dollar signs (That is, I want to hold down a hotkey, click on the cell, and have the reference be an absolute reference). My formula looks something like this and it'll take 30 minutes unless I find out what the hotkey is:

EN10*$EN$4+EO10*$EO$4+....

Unfortunately, the built-in help is practically useless and nobody around me knows how, either. Can anybody help me?

Actually, the help here in this document will probably give you what you want. Look on page 4 and it will talk about pushing F4 after typing =. Intermediate Excel
