Crunches used to make me feel the burn but not anymore since i've garnered a pretty decent 6pack but how can i take it to the next level without any equipment? i hear regular situps are bad for the back. maybe leg raises? Crunches aren't cutting it anymore...do a hundred and don't really feel any burn? 😕

without equipment? there isn't any way to get more done without more weight. water in a jug would work, though it might be a pain to hold on to

i use the inclined sit up thing at the gym...50 of those still makes me pretty dead, crunches do nothing...

yeah...i've seen people take those ankle weights used for running and lay them across their chest. easy way to add 10 or 20 pounds

doesn't adding stuff to your chest while u crunch reduce the range of motion quite a bit thus maybe defeating the purpose somewhat? i'll try it tonight...i have some free weights. ...but no machine.

incline situp?...i only seen the decline one where ur body is decline and ur legs are hooked onto some pads and u curl up. even that, seems similar to a regular situp and seems to strain the back.
