i want to have my own website and with ftp server function. Where can i find a web hosting company that can do that? What software should i use? My budget is $15 a month with minimum 200gb disk space.
Is it possible to host my domain on my pc?

yea you aren't going to find that for $15/month...

not for that much disk space, and even more so for the bandwidth to move that disk space

Hell media temple will quote you 1 TB of space for not much more (I believe DH is doing that now too)

Uh no. MT offers 100GB for $20 on the grid. Dreamhost is running just fine, so no I won't be running, I'm not the idiot that runs away from a good deal, moreso when one registration is included in the price.
