About updating your System Rig Spec's

Just want to know if someone else is having this problem like I am. Every time I update my system rig spec list and hit the "Update System Rig'. I get the good old 'The page cannot be displayed' message all the time. Right now the only was I can update them is to delete it and remake it.

I do have IE security's set on default so that could not be the problem.
 
despite what you have IE set for, it can still be the problem. Clear cache and cookies. Reset websettings. Set defaults. Then reboot. Then try again.

Repair IE (if above doesn't work). Then try again.

Restore IE to previous version (if above doesn't work) Then try again.
