Here is what I have so far let me know if there is a better place to get these parts cheaper, or if I can replace one with a part that will save me money and give roughly equal performance.

I plan on overclocking to 266 mhz FSB so keep that in mind when helping, thanks in advance

NEC 16x ND-3500A $66.00

The rest:

74gig Raptor $165.00

2x EVGA 6800 GT $854.00

>> MSI X52P DVD CDRW $44.00

A plain DVD-ROM reader might be a better choice for drive #1, some game copy protection doesn't play nice with CD and DVD burners.

$22 warranty on processor. Your overclocking it so don't get it. Get a lower speed rated one they overclock pretty good.

Why would I not get the warranty on the processor?

Ethics. You've voided the warranty as soon as you run the chip out of spec.

Well, my reasoning was that I probably wouldn't overclock until I felt I needed some extra power, and that may not be until 3 months down the road...

I suppose the 1 month warranty will be fine though.

I don't know about Kingwin Arctic Cooling...I never knew Kingwin made water cooling and still I wouldn't trust it since it's Kingwin. I would have to stick with a better, more expensive water cooling brand because that's probably the most dangerous thing in your comp.

It has gotten extremely good reviews from every site that has tested it, I may go with the thermaltake bigwater though.

Ok, I have had some people suggest a few things, sorry to bump this up but I really need to make a decision soon.

1. PDP memory with XBL, it seems ok, should I do this over the OCZ to save money?

2. Enermax power supply over the OCZ, once again save $20 for what seems to be same performance.

3. Just get one 6800 GT now and wait on the other.

What you guys think?
