About to go eat some crawfish :)

I got a pound and a half of boiled crawfish after reading this post. Most likely not as good as you guys in Louisiana get, but decent at $3.99 / pound.

I've never been to a crawfish boil, but the first time I had was while at work on an oil rig. They were damn good. I keep meaning to get some while on land; I'm sure i can find a good restaurant that makes a mean batch of crawfish.

for folks that dont like it just remove all the heads before and use them to make broth
