I've had XM for about 2.5 years now. I rarely listen to CDs or regular radio at all. I don't plan on going back

Station 90 (latin) was changed for one that only plays that crappy reggaeton music (was one of my favorites

Channel 42, Heavy Metal was removed for almost a year and was only reinstated lately (kind of good news, but it took a lot of calls and complaining)

More recently channel 22 has been changed to some crappy station that plays rather old music when the original 22 was all about the latest POP music without the R&B, RAP, CRAP...

Oh yeah... and commercials are increasing.

I've had XM for 1 1/2 years. I'm not ready to jump ship yet, but I am becoming less interested. Lack of hard rock stations has always been a negative. I forget what station I was on the other day, but in between songs, there was a 10 second ad for office depot. It shouldn't have bothered me that much, 10 seconds is nothing, and it probably was the only one for an hour or more, but even just 10 seconds made me think "what am I paying for?? My other beef is on numerous occasions, I'll be poking around to see what's playing, and the same song will be on two stations at once. I could see this happening once in a while, but I've noticed it more than a few times.

I like O&A, but I never catch it anymore. I used to be able to catch an encore later in the day, but now they have more guys on High Voltage.

Gripes aside, I still like it better than FM. More selection, (almost) no commercials.

Welcome to the Sirius family!

I'm sure you'll like it much more and wish you had gotten Sirius instead of XM back in the day.

Be sure to update everyone to let us know your opinions. I've never heard anyone anyone complain about switching from XM to Sirius.
