I say it's easier to search through jobs that way. It's tough for me to sift through that thread..it's huge hehehe.

In either case, yeah, new forum for it would definitely be a smart idea.

Doesn't seem to be many postings on jobnetworking.org. Having jobs postings separated by regions/state would be more useful than an entire thread.
