Sound driver? LAN driver? ::Shrugs:: Just do an auto-install off the CD and you should be fine, everything else Windows does automatically.
 
All the drivers are on the cd that comes with it...no updates like via 4 in 1's...there is an updated agp driver, but I noticed no improved performance and I had no issues anyways...

I hear winxp alreday has all the sis735 drivers and loads them automatically...
