ie with priceline there are forums to identify hotels based on *'s and whatnot

Anything like this exist with hotwire? (sf location, if it matters)
 
i've never been to places like priceline, hotwire, etc...

they purposely hide the names of the hotels?

betterbidding.com is a much firendlier and to me useful site. The hotel lists they have are pretty accurate and if you can't figure it out they will reply back pretty quickly if they need more info.

Got killer deals on great properties for my Hawaii trip earlier this year using their lists and winning bid histories.

Thanks for this post...I was always wondering if those sites existed.

I booked a hotel for this coming Friday night...luckily enough when I booked it, I had it for the wrong weekend. Cancelled (used the retail Expedia pricing), did a little research, and found a great 4 star in San Antonio for $85. 🙂 Thanks guys 🙂
