I might suggest you to try GeIL brand. I've been using 2x512mb pc3200 rams from GeIL since summer '03. It works like charm!

I like the GeiL suggestion.

twinMOS is another good suggestion if you have a motherboard that can feed it decent voltage to get the timings down.
