I was looking for the new release of Quicken 2012 on ebay and found a listing for a site that sells the home and business version for $44.99, which is $25 less than Staples or other sites.

The site states that they sell only OEM downloadable files.

My worry is that this site is off shore and that it is selling something illegal as the price seems too good to be true.

Has anyone had dealings with this site?
