Hello,

well, here is the situation, I've ordered LCD from Dell . My father goes away on Jun 19 and he has to bring that LCD with him. I paid $22 for the second day shipping.

In there it said , aviability for shipping: same day ...

now I recieve a confirmation letter that estimates shipping date to be Jun 18 :| ...

How can I make them ship it faster ?

Also, what's the best way to know that item will be shipped at least the next day ... because I might just cancel this order and order another LCD, but then I don't know when it's going to be shipped :|
 
Dell lies continually about availability and shipping dates. I've waited over 2 months for a part that was available for immediate shipping.
