Im currently using Comcast as my provider and i just recently found out my homepage is no longer yahoo.com but some about:blank site. I tried using HijackThis to remove it but it keeps reappearing. Any other method besides reformatting computer?
 
My friend got rid of it with Spybot S&D if I am correct. about:buster might do the trick too. 20,000 posts can't be wrong 😀
 
If that doesn't work, my friend and I wrote a program to get rid of the problem. Just Spybot/Adaware to get rid of the junk, then run this to clean up the rest and reset your browser settings. Let me know if you need it.
