Fetus is not legal? Under our legal system it is. People have been convicted for 2 counts of murder for killing a pregnant woman, therefore, under our court system, yes a fetus has all the rights of a person.

Exactly what I was going to say. How disingenuous of you Train. Furthermore, the Laci Peterson case has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with abortion or abortion rights. Nice try, but no.
