abortion and death penalty

Death penalty doesn't seem to be working very efficiently right now, so I'd have to go with a no on that and a yes for abortion.

I voted my bit even though this poll is loaded.

How would you have phrased the poll?

In a way that doesn't imply I'm for abortion. Pro-choice is the best way to put it, even if it's basically a talking point.

Yes on both, as they're entirely different issues.

Abortion = The right of a potential mother to choose to terminate a pregnancy.

Death Penalty = The right of society to permanently and irrevocably remove people from itself for the greater good.

If I was a woman I would not have an abortion. It will still go on even if its not legal. I am pro-choice.

I am against the death penalty. I am sure someone innocent has been put to death before...and as soon as it is made public then the death penalty should be outlawed.

Totally Pro-choice.
Totally Pro-Death Penalty.

I would support increasing the number of offenses that carry the death penalty.

Child Molestation
Forcible Rape
Political Corruption

Yes on Death Penalty. But instead of lethal injection, we'll do hangings again. Rope is cheap!

No on Abortion. I'm totally pro-choice -- everyone has the choice to have sex.

real human being/potential wrongful conviction= so no. i'm not against killing murderers in theory, even painfully, but not having 100% garrantee ur not gonna off the wrong guy..well thats a deal killer.
abortion, thats not a human being, its a potential human, its not the same. pro choice. same with guns, mind ur own freakin business, pro choice there too.

Abortion = A mother terminating an innocent life because she doesn't want it.

Death Penalty = A society punishing a person for wrong doings.

In the first case the one being executed is innocent and in the second the one being executed has caused great harm to many. This is why I voted no to abortion and yes to death penalty.

Death Penalty = helping God, 'cause he's a lazy sod

Fair Use = Theft

Facism = Security

War = Peace

The answers are always clear-cut if you get to make up the definitions.

This has been argued over and over, but I'm just going to go ahead and state my position anyway: a life which isn't capable of being "guilty" cannot be "innocent" either. Lives cannot be innocent or guilty, only people can.
