They were already dead so incinerating them does not harm. What else you want to do with them? Put them on display in a museum?

Funny how we have no issues slaughtering and using all other animals (hint: humans are animals) for our own purposes with emotional intelligence levels above that of a fetus or newborn, but the thought of cremating or maybe even gaining energy from a fetus is oh so horrible!

Thanks for making that point, saved me from having to do it.
I'm gladly eating the refrigerated and then cooked muscles of highly developed animals, and throw the bones respectlessly in the trash. A fetus is just a blob of cells.
Hell, if you care about every little cell, you better not be drinking wine, because there's poor yeast cells in there, that died a slow death in their own poisonous excrement. Now that's horrible.

Don't bother, anyone defending this needs their heads examined.... Which is about half of the males who post in this political forum. No one would act this way except over the internet while being anonymous.

Actually I do act this way in public and private. I'm quite able to see the difference between medical waste and a live kicking baby.

Apparently the writer of the article, his editor, and quite a few of the posters to this thread can't or won't see the difference and are led through life by their emotional responses.

This is a pretty good use of resources. I would never have thought of using biological waste as fuel but it sounds good to me.

How much does an aborted baby carcass sell on the black market?

Hospitals already incinerate their waste. Might as well use the generated heat. Sounds like a win-win.

People are so disconnected from reality. If half the anti- folks here knew where their food came from and how things are recycled and sanitized, they'd shit a brick. It's like talking about how many rat parts are in your food.

PS - if I'm not mistaken biohazardous waste is REGULARLY disposed of by incineration. It's how we dispose of all our hazardous waste where I work.

the thing is, the type of profound idiocy required to take this article seriously, is the type of idiocy that leads people to actually believe that full-grown babies, even fetuses, are being tossed directly into the furnace of hospitals.

never mind that all bio waste is sent to the incinerator, that this has always been policy, that tissue matter, corpses in the morgue, those cremated, are always sent to the incinerator. Nevermind that the heat output is generally tied to that grid, as a part of multiple sources.
