so i have i5 2500k while gaming my temperature is 82 max but i have just run intel cpu stress test it showed 72 max there plz help me out my cpu cooler is deepcool alta7

Well, Tj max is 98, so you are not too hot.

Your idle temps seem a bit high.

Maybe clean the dust out of your case, make sure there is good airflow through the case, and re-do the paste on the cpu heatsink.

Yes, re-do thermals. That should help. Also, maybe you could invest in a better air cooler like the 212 from Cooler Master or for that matter from Deepcool since your using one from them.

yesterday i used blower on the fan but no help seems i have to remove it and reapply thermal paste can i clear the thermal paste with cpu installed ?

I would not do it with the CPU installed because of the risk of getting dried up paste particles in the CPU socket.
If you are very careful though, you can get away with it.

That Deepcool heatsink you have is the problem. It looks barely any better than the Intel stock cooler. You can get a much better cooler for around $30.
