Able to use as NAS external enclosure with wireless router ?

Ok,

I used to have a file server until my brother short-circuited my computer. Anyways,
I bought a 1TB hdd on newegg, and also saw that there are external enclosures that have ethernet as a connection option, like this :

I have a Linksys WRT54G2 wireless router. Can i connect to this enclosure VIA ethernet, and access it as a NAS ? any ideas ?

Im thinking about using my netbook as the wireless FS.

Any thoughts ?

Yeah, you can.

Though it probably going to yield very low transfer rate.

Anyone else have luck with it? So far wireless ftp with two laptops is.about 3gb/hr
