abit's flashmenu?

It's pretty straight forward. Download and install the latest version, then just pick the button for what you want. You can have it check online for the latest bios and automatically d/l and flash it, or you can download the file to your HD first, then point it to the file you want, or you can just save your existing bios to a file.

used it. pretty easy. download it, then the bios flash file. open up the bios file and put it into a folder. then start abit's flashmenu, point it to the folder where you saved it into and choose the bios rom(there's only one file with that extension) and flash.
very simple imo. did it twice already with my NF7-S Rev 1.2
