ABIT ST6 problems :(

I have an abit ST6 with the latest bios installed. My problems are these:

I can NOT use the 4:2:1 divisor at all. My system will not reboot if I enable it. I am using a celeron 1200 mhz cpu. I am able to run it at about 1450 mhz whith the 3:2:1 divisor, however that puts the pci bus and agp port out of spec and my harddrive does not like this at all.

I am able to run at about 1400 mhz stably with the 3:2:1 divisor, but with the 4:2:1 divisor I am not even able to get my system to post no matter what frequency I set 🙁

Is there something wrong with my mobo or are all 815 boards like this? Do I have to run at 133 mhz bus to be able to use the 4:2:1 divisor?

Secondly.. If I connect a external usb hub, the next time I reboot my system won't get past the post screen. It will just stop there until I unplug the usb hub. Then it will boot. The hub worked perfectly with my ASUS CUSL2 C mobo.

Does anyone have a clue about this? Abit won't answer.

Come on.. there must be SOMEONE out there still using this board!

Why can't I overclock with it?.. is there something wrong with my board or with all st6's.. or with me??!.. or ?!?

Is this one of the Abits with the leaky cap problems? Probably not... but you might want to take a look at it and see if any of the capacitors are leaking a brown gunk onto the board.
