Abit SE6 w/700E@960MHz and VERY low CPUmark results?

I get 69 @ 960MHz. That's totally strange considering SiSoft and wintune and any other benchmark program reflects a 960Mhz cpu.

Any ideas?
Could it be due to the new stepping?
