You can go here to pick one up. Here are the specs:
- ATX
- 5 PCI slots
- 3 DIMM slots
- Realtek LAN
- Realtek Audio
- High Point RAID (supports RAID 0, 1, 0+1)
- USB 2.0
- Abit CA-20 SPDIF interface cable panel bundled
- Abit SoftMenu III Technology
The lack of nForce audio is dissapointing to say the least, however I wouldn't count out a board like this with nForce audio for the same price very soon, since initially the ASUS A7N266-C boards (nForce 415-D) didn't have nForce audio, but a few days later they did have audio and they were priced the same as the ones without audio.
IMO, $130 is a great deal for everything that you get.
If anyone is interested, MSI's nForce 415-D board is available at newegg for $109. ASUS's A7N266-C is also available for $110 at Newegg.
