Abit NF7-S $92 at NewEgg

I would agree. The stock northbridge cooler is a flimsy piece of tin. My passive Zalma NB45J feels like a much better performer, not to mention that it does actually cool better.

My NF7 chipset cooler only lasted about 7 months, but 2 e-mails got me 2 free replacements from Abit.
Vantec CCB-A1C is a copper replica and exact fit, as I have their alum. 5,000 rpm sleeve cooler CCB-A1A now.

For those looking to save a few bucks, the have a reburbished NF7-S rev 2 (400mhz fsb) for $62.00 at newegg. Probably going to jump on this....should go well with an overclocked Barton... any reason to be worried about a refurbed MB?

Having only a little more than a week to test it, otherwise you might get stuck with a dead board. Not to mention, that most boards come without any goodies(OEM).

Yeah I was thinking of the refurb'd board, but I read the comments. Some got the latest version with all the goodies, some got older versions with stuff left out. Didn't seem to be worth the gamble to me.
