Abit MB Audio?

I putting together my 2nd ever sys. I have this 4 speaker digital speaker set that uses the digital-out of the newer clabs sound boards. I would like a MB (abit?) that has this built in, digital audio to directly connect the speakers. Do they have this? Many MB's support 6 speaker systems, but I think thats analog speakers.
Also, whats a good abit MB to use with the new p4 2.6 800Mhz hyperthread thing? A MB that has the lan, usb2.0 (most do), and maybe digital audio out? (and 800Mhz support naturally)
 
I don't know about a intel board, but the Abit NF7-S board has a Optical digital output on it. It is a nForce2 board for AMD Athlon XP chips.
 
Well its not optical digital I need, its a connection for using digital speaker system, like the cambridge SoundWorks FourPointSurround FPS2000. I think what I need is a MB with Digital DIN output.
