Abit KV8 Pro or DFI Lanparty UT 3

Help! I'm making my purchase tomorrow, which one of these boards should I get the Abit kv8 Pro or DFI Lanparty UT 3 I will be getting the athlon 64 3400+ and I will not be overclocking.

If you're not overlocking why don't you save some money and go for the Chaintech solution? It's pretty cheap priced and has gotten great user reviews. I own the DFI and it's an amazing board but the bulk of them are for overclocking. I haven't played with the Abit board but based on Abit's reputation I'd say it's also geared quite a bit for overclocking.
 
Actually, if you're not overclocking a great option is the ASRock K8 Combo-Z motherboard. It's cheaper than the others and supports both socket 754 and 939.
