Greetings, for people who have this mobo, and an XP proc for that matter. What is the best setup cooling wise for the proc? Thermalright AX-7 is one of the conisderations I am looking at for the moment. I want a quiet setup since my fans right now in my case are very strong, but not loud.
Please help me out

I have a KT7 on my second PC - mounted a PAL 8045 with a 39cfm Panaflo fan and have been happy with the results. AX-7 would also match well with the same fan. Both would be great choices for quiet and effective cooling on your new XP. Look at your case airflow to decide whether to use a HSF that "sucks" (Alpha) or "blows" (AX-7).

The 80mm Panaflo's stocked in Hong Kong are different (newer models?) from those stocked in US shops - here they have larger center hubs and 5 blades rather than 7. Quiet and good flow, but probably more effective mounted on the Alpha in "suck" mode (large hub = large dead spot).
