Abit KT7A-RAID and T-bred: possible?

I have a 1.1 revision KT7A-RAID mobo. This is the one that does not have "official" support for Palaminos, but in most cases they work just fine. I'm curious to know if anyone has attempted to pair this board with a T-bred at all. If it would work, I could save some money on a new mobo and memory when I get a new CPU soon.
