If you are not going to overclock, the retail heatsink should be enough. If not then get pal6035, or the hedgehog. Actually there was a comparison article on hardocp about 3 months back, don't know whether there are any new coolers. Then there is the Taisol.

Or better yet, don't go to tomshardware. He doesn't say anything about what fan is on the heatsinks and uses the on-board temp measurements, which are pretty inaccurate. I haven't seen a good heatsink comparison by a major hardware site yet.

TomsHardware review is just as bad as the anandtech "comparison". They are both higly flawed.

There is a new model Crome Orb that will fit the Abit KT7-R board, it's slightly smaller in diameter than the standard Corb..................

GlobalWin FOP32-1/FOP38.......will work good........great price/loud & louder....

Taisol CGK-742092............great cooler........great price...

Coolermaster.....DP5-6H51.........good cooler.....very good price....

Keep perusing these forums, hsf's are one of the most active topics............?
