Abit KT-7 Raid Problems

Hello everybody,
since yesterday I have an Raid 0 runnning with an IBM DTLA 15Gb and an IBM DJNA (Ultra 66) 15 Gb drive. All is running perfectly except that the System (Win 2000)freezes when I try do defrag. I've got three partitions: C: 1Gb, D: 2.5 Gb and E: 25 Gb.
Does anyone know if the problem might be the partitioning, or has the same problem ?

thank's for your hints.

Have you tried setting both drives to the same speed? UDMA 4 or less? You can change the speed without affecting the data on the hard drive.

What BIOS are you running?
I think I've heard that previous BIOS were having problems with some drives. The latest BIOS is version UL, avalaible on Abit web site.
You can check the BIOS version when you boot your computer, at the bottom of the first screen. There will be numbers, and then -UL, in the case of the UL BIOS.
Hope this helps.

Nope,
switching the UDMA-mode to 4 for the DTLA 15Gb was not the clue. Maybe I had to set the IBM DJNA (UDMA 66)as the first device 'cause now with the UDMA 100 drive as the first device it could be that the UDMA66 drive is not fast enough to handle the data-traffic.
I've got the newest drivers and the newest Bios running on my components so that to old drivers and BIOS could not be the problem.
Does anyone know if it is possible to change the first and the second device in an Raid 0 without loosing data ?
