Abit KR7A Bios Flashing...

Can anyone with this motherboard give me some instructions/guidance on how to flash the bios. The instructions Abit gives are kind of confusing and I don't want to ruin my motherboard.

haven't done this to my KR7A-133 mobo..

but being a 3 time abit owner.. I remember you have to download the utility and the new bios onto a bootable floppy.. and you alos need to copy down some sort of number of the new bios...

then boot up from the floppy .. run the utility.. it will as you for the bios number.. ( the one you copy down before) .. and then you just hit enter and it will run....

and cold-reset your machine and go into the bios and reconfig it ...

now .. if Iremember the instruction from aBit is pretty good.... try to spend some time and see if you can read throught it....
