Abit keyboard recognition problems

This is the 2nd time I have seen it. 1st after a smoked power supply on an old BX-6, and now, all of a sudden on my BE-6 with a P3 slot 1 600.

Happened after I rotated power supplies, flipflopping 3oo watt supplies out (and then back). 2 out of 5 times it won't pick up a ps 2 keyboard (tried 2). Also, various BSOD's, and when windows loads, if you click on my computer in ME it blacks out. I played a hunch, deleted busmaster, and you could get into explorer or my computer. ...until it picked it up on next boot. Problems if I 'm on HP DMA 66 or regular.

Also, failed to mention, I tried to OC around the same time to 650 around the same time, so I don't know what came first...re: problem. Unsuccessful at 650, 6x105.

Reformatting at present, but thoughts? Did I smoke something?

I had to get a new keyboard for my KT7. This motherboard would intermittantly not recognize all my old ones.

I'm using my fourth Abit board (3 Intel Slot 1's and this KT7), and I have never had any problems like that. Also never heard of it being a problem with others using an Abit board.

You might just be pushing it too hard and fragging something?
