Abit KA7 unstable with TY bios

My system was stable in Win98 and Linux, but the mouse jumped all over the place. I flashed my KA7 Athlon 800 eVGA GeForce DDR with the newer TY bios to fix the mouse problems I was having in Linux. Now my machine freezes in Win98 with games like Diablo II and even the 3D screen savers.

Anyone else have problems with TY or any suggestions?
