Hi all What does normal, medium, fast, and turbo represent in turns of speeds(nm) on SDRAM Timing under Advanced Chipset? cua'se i just got a Mushkin 256 MB 5nm RAM and i don't know how far i should push it.

5ns SDRAM is not currently available.

Your manual will explain the timing differences between the settings, I would start with normal or "By SPD" and bump from there. When you set it manually it may show your timing speed such as 2222 ect.

That 5ns. rating is an internal transfer speed and isn't the commonly referred to ns. speed, which will be 7 or 7.5ns.

If this is 5ns how fast should i set my RAM to? fast or turbo? can you guys also let me know what does each work represent in turns of speed..? (Like normal = 7ns...just an example)...
