it seems like my 2 serial port is not working. it doesn't detect my tablet which is fine with my other computers.
1) any easy ways to test if the serial is working?
2) any way to check if this is cause by hardware conflict?
any help? thx.
 
I'd test it with a serial mouse. You might have to set the COMM2 port IRQ 3 to Legacy ISA device in your BIOS to stop the IRQ being allocated to something else. I do this all the time when using comm ports.
