that figures, I just flashed (as in 30 minutes ago) my ip35 pro and ip35 e to bios 16. Where is bios 17 listed btw, I don't see it on abit's web site?

i think it's for the ip35 . The ftp directory for the ip35 pro didn't have a bios 17 yet.

I was under the impression that the IP35 and the PRO used the same bios? Its been a long day so I could be crazy....

no, the IP35 & IP35-E use the same BIOS.
The Pro has it's own.

BIOS release V17 for IP35, IP35-E
Release information:
1. Fixed C1E and EIST function.
2. Fixed the 7600GT Graphics card compatibility problem.
3. BIOS compiled date: 03/27/2008.
